Lysanne Bruneau, President of NOVA COACHING, is a PCC Certified Professional Coach, member of international ICF and ICF Quebec, as well as a Certified Human Resources Professional of the Quebec Association (CHRP). She has worked as a Senior Human Resources Executive over a period of nearly twenty-five years, of which the last fifteen years were spent in the manufacturing industry, at the national level. During this time she has championed various organizational development mandates in both Canada and the United States. Lysanne is also an Associate with Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge in the Talent and Development Leadership division.


Lysanne evolves as an executive and management coach in leadership development, accredited trainer and human resources consultant. As a trusted partner, she targets specific leadership competencies that build the leaders credibility, such as decision-making capabilities, strategic orientation, power of influence, team management and emotional intelligence. Thus stimulated, she helps clients to align developmental action plans that are in line with a client’s values and beliefs, and the strategic objectives of the organization.
